First, safe operation

In February, the industry achieved a transportation flight of 7.99 million hours, a year-on-year increase of 6.9%; General Aviation flight 35,000 hours, a year-on-year decrease of 33.9%. No transportation accidents occurred, and industrial safety production continued to maintain a steady state. As of the end of February, transport aviation achieved sustained and safe flight for 102 months and 70.4 million hours.

Second, production operation

(1) The opening of China's air transport market is generally stable. In February, the national civil aviation completed a total turnover of 9.65 billion tons, a year-on-year increase of 7.5%. From the route structure, domestic and international routes completed 6.50 billion tons and 3.15 billion tons respectively, up 9.8% and 3.1% respectively. In January-February, the national civil aviation completed a total turnover of 20.27 billion tons of transport, an increase of 10.0%.

(2) Air passenger transport still maintains rapid growth. In February, the national civil aviation completed a total of 53.826 million passenger traffic, an increase of 11.1% year-on-year, maintaining a double-digit growth. From the perspective of the route structure, domestic and international routes completed 47.853 million and 5.973 million respectively, up 10.8% and 13.5% respectively. In January-February, the national civil aviation completed a total of 107 million passenger traffic, an increase of 12.9%.

(3) The air cargo market experienced negative growth. Affected by the combination of the Spring Festival's wrong period and insufficient demand, in February, the national civil aviation completed a total of 376,000 tons of cargo and mail transportation, down 17.6% year-on-year. From the route structure, domestic and international routes completed 246,000 tons and 131,000 tons respectively. The year-on-year decrease was 21.0% and 10.4%. In January-February, the national civil aviation completed a total of 1.048 million tons of cargo and mail transportation, down 4.4% year-on-year.

Third, the operation guarantee

In February, civil aviation guaranteed a total of 464,022 flights of various types, with an average daily average of 16,572 classes, an average daily increase of 9.06%, and an average daily increase of 3.32%. The normal flight rate was 80.55%, an increase of 0.54 percentage points year-on-year and a decrease of 3.07 percentage points from the previous month. The normal rate of airport release was 83.98%, an increase of 0.26 percentage points year-on-year and a decrease of 1.87 percentage points from the previous month.
